Objectives:
The project’s aim is to design one multicultural learning experience for youngsters and young leaders, during which:
- participants can explore and become familiar with 6 future skills
- improve their access to the labour market.
- unleash their potential and find ways in which it can be matched with the needs of the community
Célkitűzések:
A projekt célja egy multikulturális tanulási élmény elhozása a fiatalok és fiatal vezetők számára, amely során:
- A résztvevők lehetőséget kapnak arra, hogy felfedezzék és megismerjék 6 „future skill”-t.
- Javítják esélyeiket a munkaerőpiacon.
- Felszabadítják a potenciáljukat, és megtalálják azokat a módokat, amelyekkel az összeférhet a közösség szükségleteivel.

About the project:
Business leaders point out that they do not only need employees who are smart and competent in math and reading and writing, but they also need people who can lead teams, communicate effectively to partners, come up with new ways to solve problems and effectively navigate an increasingly digital world. In addition to digital skills, specialized interpersonal skills will be in high demand in the new hybrid workplace.

Üzleti vezetők hangsúlyozzák, hogy nem csak olyan alkalmazottakra van szükségük, akik intelligensek és kompetensek matematikában, olvasásban és írásban, hanem olyan emberekre is, akik képesek csapatokat vezetni, hatékonyan kommunikálni partnerekkel, új megoldási módokat találni problémákra, és hatékonyan eligazodni egy egyre inkább digitalizált világban. A digitális készségeken túl, a szakmai kapcsolatteremtési képességek is nagy keresletnek fognak örvendeni az új hibrid munkahelyen.
